Feldspar is by far the most abundant group of minerals in the earth’s crust, forming about 60% of terrestrial rocks and is found to be the most useful mineral. We are supplying both Potassium as well Sodium Feldspar in the form of Lumps, Powder and Grains. With the high tech ball mill and 30/80 plant, we are producing Super Grade quality with least impurities. Besides, we assure to deliver the required quality as per your standard norms and parameters in Super Grade, Grade A and Grade B Feldspar. The Ball Mill Pulverizing and 30/80 plant is involved in Grinding of Quartz and Feldspar. Our Ball Mill does grinding of Fine Mesh in size ranging from 150-350 Mesh.  The grain size of 0-10 mm is being produced in 30/80 Mesh Grinding Plant.  Also, we are producing Potassium Feldspar in size 60# and 80# as per the customer’s sieving requirements. Feldspar Application: Feldspar is used in Ceramic, Glass Industry, Floor and Wall Tile Plant, Sanitary ware & also as a raw material in many other industries. It is also used as filler in foundries & Steel Plant etc. Below is the range in which Super Grade Feldspar is available and certain modifications as per the standard technical parameters are possible.

Quartz is the second most abundant mineral in Earth’s crust after feldspar and is one of the most useful natural minerals.

Quartz has electrical properties and heat resistance that make it valuable in electronic products. Its luster, color, and diaphaneity make it useful as a gemstone and also in the making of glass.

Quartz sand is used in the production of container glass, flat plate glass, specialty glass, and fiberglass. The high hardness of quartz, seven on the Mohs Scale, makes it harder than most other natural substances. As such it is an excellent abrasive material. Quartz sands and finely ground silica sand are used for sand blasting, scouring cleansers, grinding media, and grit for sanding and sawing.

Quartz is very resistant to both chemicals and heat. It is therefore often used as a foundry sand. Quartz sand has a high resistance to being crushed. In the petroleum industry, sand slurries are forced down oil and gas wells under very high pressures in a process known as hydraulic fracturing.

Quartz sand is used as a filler in the manufacture of rubber, paint, and putty. Screened and washed, carefully sized quartz grains are used as filter media and roofing granules. Quartz sands are used for traction in the railroad and mining industries. A wide variety of uses have also been developed for optical-grade quartz crystals. They are used to make specialized lenses, windows and filters used in lasers, microscopes, telescopes, electronic sensors, and scientific instruments.
